DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy
Effective Date: April 19, 2025
At Brojunkie.com, we respect the work of content creators — whether you’re a full-time artist, a bedroom producer, or a spicy little genius who just happens to make magic on camera. If your copyrighted work has somehow ended up on our site without your say-so, we’ve got your back.
This page explains how to notify us and what we’ll do about it.
The Short Version
If someone has uploaded your content to Brojunkie without permission:
- Email us at DMCA@brojunkie.com
- We’ll take it seriously
- We’ll act fast
- We don’t tolerate copyright theft
We believe in fair use, consent, and giving credit where it’s due. Don’t stress — we’re not about that stolen content life.
What to Include in Your Email
To keep it legit (and legally binding), your takedown notice must include the following:
- Your name and contact info (A real name and valid email address is fine. No burner nonsense — we need to know it’s really you.)
- The copyrighted work you're referring to (Tell us what’s been jacked — a link to the original work helps a ton.)
- The URL of the infringing content on Brojunkie (Copy-paste the exact page so we can nuke it fast.)
- A statement that you own the copyright (or act on behalf of the copyright owner).
- A good faith declaration Example: “I believe in good faith that this use is not authorized by the copyright owner, their agent, or the law.”
- A legal affirmation Example: “I swear under penalty of perjury that the information in this notice is accurate, and I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.”
- Your physical or digital signature (Typing your full name works if it’s emailed.)

Email: DMCA@brojunkie.com Subject: DMCA Notice – Urgent Takedown Request
What Happens Next
- We’ll review your claim quickly (usually within 24–48 hours).
- If it checks out, we’ll remove the content ASAP.
- If needed, we may contact the uploader for clarification (they’ll have a chance to respond with a counter-notice).
- We may also disable the uploader’s account if it looks like they’re repeat offenders.
We aim to protect creators while giving everyone a chill, respectful platform to share their stuff.
Counter-Notices
If you believe something was taken down unfairly (because it was your content, you had a license, it’s fair use, etc.), you can send us a counter-notice with similar legal info. We’ll review and respond as needed.
No Trolls, No Fake Claims
Don’t weaponize DMCA takedowns to silence people or remove stuff you don’t like. False claims can get you in legal trouble. Real copyright only, please.
Questions or Clarifications?
Shoot us an email at DMCA@brojunkie.com. We’re always happy to clarify or chat about your rights as a creator.
TL;DR:
Respect creators. Don’t steal. We act fast if you report copyright violations. We gotchu.
