1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Brojunkie.com, including any related pages, accounts, uploads, comments, messages, and features (the “Site”).

By entering, browsing, creating an account, uploading, commenting, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, leave immediately and do not use the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

2. Adults only — 18+

The Site contains sexually explicit adult material. It is intended only for people who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your place of residence, if higher).

By using the Site you represent and warrant that:

• You are 18 years of age or older, and the age of majority where you live;
• It is legal for you to view adult content in the place from which you access the Site;
• You will not allow any person under 18 to access the Site through your device, account, or connection; and
• You understand the content is explicit and you choose to view it voluntarily.

If you are under 18, stop now. Do not create an account. Do not attempt to bypass any age gate.

3. Zero-tolerance: no underage content — ever

This is the most important rule on Brojunkie. We have an absolute, non-negotiable ban on any content involving anyone under 18, or anyone who appears to be under 18.

Prohibited material includes, without limitation:

• Any sexual, nude, or sexually suggestive image, video, audio, text, or artwork depicting a real person under 18;
• Any content that appears to depict a person under 18.
• AI-generated, computer-generated, morphed, deepfake, illustrated, animated, or “fictional” sexual content that depicts or is presented as a minor;
• Titles, tags, comments, usernames, or descriptions that sexualise minors or seek such material; and
• Grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or any attempt to obtain, trade, or discuss sexual material involving children.

A disclaimer that content is “18+”, “role-play”, “aged-up”, or “fictional” does not make underage-appearing material acceptable.

What happens if you break this rule

If we believe content, an account, or a communication involves anyone under 18:

• The content is removed immediately;
• The account is permanently banned with no appeal;
• We retain and preserve relevant logs (including IP address, timestamps, account details, upload records, and associated identifiers) for law enforcement;
• We will proactively report the matter to police in the applicable jurisdiction; and
• We will actively push those authorities to investigate and, where appropriate, prosecute.

We cooperate fully with the Australian Federal Police, state and territory police, and equivalent agencies overseas. Do not test this policy.

4. Other prohibited content

You must not upload, request, link to, comment about, or otherwise make available:

• Anything illegal under Australian law or the law of the place from which you access the Site;
• Snuff, real death, real murder, or content that depicts actual killing for sexual gratification;
• Bestiality or sexual activity involving real animals;
• Non-consensual sexual content, including revenge porn, hidden-camera / voyeur material, content of a person who is asleep, unconscious, or too intoxicated to consent, or deepfakes of a real identifiable person without their consent;
• Content promoting or instructing real-world violent crime, trafficking, or sexual exploitation;
• Malware, phishing, scams, or anything designed to steal accounts or payment details; or
• Other material we reasonably consider generally unacceptable or unpalatable for this community, even if it is not listed above.

We decide what stays up. If we say it is out, it is out. Arguing about edge cases after the fact will not help you.

5. Don’t be a dick — community standards

Brojunkie should be a decent space for consenting adults. You agree to treat other users, performers, and the operators with basic respect.

You must not:

• Harass, bully, threaten, stalk, or abuse anyone;
• Hate-speech someone off the Site for who they are;
• Spam, scrape, flood, or otherwise wreck the experience for others;
• Impersonate another person or the Site;
• Attempt to hack, probe, overload, or interfere with the Site; or
• Use the Site to recruit for illegal activity.

Horny is fine. Cruel is not. If you make the place worse for everyone else, you will be removed.

6. No doxxing and no personal information

You must not post, request, or share another person’s personal information without a clear legal right to do so. That includes, without limitation:

• Real names, home or work addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, workplaces, or ID documents;
• Social-media handles posted for the purpose of targeting or exposing someone;
• Location data, vehicle plates, or anything that would let a stranger find a person in real life; and
• Private messages, nudes, or account details obtained without consent.

Doxxing, “exposure” posts, and revenge leaks are banned. We will remove them and may report them to police where the conduct is unlawful.

7. Report suspicious content

If you see anything that looks underage, non-consensual, illegal, or otherwise in breach of these Terms, report it. Do not sit on it. Do not “wait and see.”

Use the Site’s report function, or contact us at the address in section 16. When you report, include the URL, username, and a short description of the problem.

Good-faith reports are expected of members. Weaponised false reports to harass another user are themselves a breach.

8. Accounts and security

• You are responsible for everything done through your account;
• Keep your password to yourself;
• One person per account unless we say otherwise;
• We may refuse, suspend, or delete an account at any time; and
• We may log IP addresses, device information, and usage data to operate the Site and to enforce these Terms, including for reports to police.

We do not have to give you a reason before banning you for a serious breach, especially anything in sections 3, 4, or 6.

9. User content and uploads

If you upload, comment, or otherwise submit material (“User Content”), you represent and warrant that:

• Every person depicted is at least 18 and looked at least 18 at the time of creation;
• You have all rights and consents needed to post it, including consent from every identifiable person depicted;
• You can produce age and identity records if lawfully required;
• The content does not breach these Terms.

You keep ownership of your User Content. You grant Brojunkie a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, cache, transcode, display, and distribute that content solely to operate the Site. That licence ends when the content is deleted from our systems, except for copies we must keep for legal, security, or backup reasons.

We may remove any User Content at any time, with or without notice.

10. Intellectual property

The Site’s name, design, logos, layout, and original compilation are owned by the operator of Brojunkie.com. You may not copy the Site, scrape it at scale, or use our branding without written permission.

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice to the contact in section 16 with: your contact details, a description of the work, the URL of the allegedly infringing material, and a statement that you are the owner or authorised agent.

11. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is”. Adult content is, by nature, explicit. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every piece of third-party or user-submitted material is accurate, legal, or to your taste.

You watch at your own risk. If something offends you, leave.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law and other applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Site.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any right or guarantee that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

13. Enforcement

We may, without prior notice:

• Remove content;
• Warn, suspend, or permanently ban an account;
• Block an IP address or range;
• Preserve logs and content for investigation; and
• Report conduct and identifying information to police or other competent authorities, and follow up to encourage investigation and prosecution where the conduct is criminal.

Serious breaches — especially underage content, doxxing, and threats — will be treated as the emergencies they are.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Site at any time. We may terminate or suspend access at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive (including 3, 6, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 15) continue after termination.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia, except that we may seek urgent injunctive relief anywhere it is needed.

If a court finds any part of these Terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
